Return Policy
Unless a product page explicitly states a different return policy, the standard return policy below applies to your order.
Standard return policy
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by email to rma@s3stores.com.
- All returns require prior approval from our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) department. If approved, we will email you an RMA form and return instructions. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for credit or refund.
- Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. We may ask you to provide photos of the item, packaging, damage, or defect before approving the return.
- For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a minimum 25% restocking fee may apply.
- Returns shipped C.O.D. or collect will not be accepted.
Product-specific exceptions
- Some products may show item-specific cancellation, return, or handling terms directly on the product page.
- When a product page explicitly states different terms, those product-specific terms override the standard return policy for that item.
- Product-specific terms may include a shorter cancellation window, a shorter return window, or higher handling and restocking charges than the standard policy.
- Please review the return policy shown on the product page before placing your order, especially for special-order, custom, or restricted-return items.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- If the package or merchandise arrives damaged, please reject the delivery when possible or report the damage to the delivery company immediately.
- Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.
- We cannot issue credit for transit damage that was not reported to the delivery company at the time of delivery when such reporting was reasonably possible.
- If the return is approved because we shipped the wrong item or the product is confirmed defective, we will not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Once approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to the original payment method used for the order.
