Ecommerce fraud is a serious crime, affecting online stores and honest customers alike. Among its various forms, frivolous chargebacks are often the main problem that merchants have to deal with. Frivolous chargebacks occur when a customer receives products, asks their credit card company for a refund, and keeps the goods. This is essentially a form of theft.

S3 Stores takes frivolous chargebacks seriously. When faced with this problem, we collect all the necessary paperwork, including proof of delivery, and submit this information to local jurisdictions for investigation and prosecution. It is our policy to deal with cyber criminals to the fullest extent of the law.

Although there may be valid grounds for a chargeback, we believe that most any problem can be resolved with the help of our Customer Service team without resorting to one.
