Larry Tatum demonstrates and teaches the Kenpo form 5 for brown belts on this DVD. He begins by performing the kata at full speed. He then takes each movement slowly, breaks it down and explains where your hands, eyes and feet should go. He then breaks down each move separately and slowly describes each leap, sweep, kick, punch and stomp. Tatum finishes up using two assistants to show some moves from the kata to defend himself from the two men. At the end we get another look at form 5 performed in slow motion.
