The fundamentals of Jun Fan Kickboxing are discussed and described by Paul Vunak throughout this 7 DVD set. He describes and demonstrates a wide variety of JKD arts for you. Vunak starts off with basic footwork, moving around, forward, backward, side to side using a partner. He includes many fundamental kickboxing drills, as well as equipment training, which was developed by Bruce Lee and Dan Inosanto. Vunak demonstrates these moves and others in slow motion and at full speed. He continues describing other movements, like weaving around, bobbing, ducking and eventually settles on those powerful kickboxing kicks and punches.
