He breaks these demonstrations up into counters against sidekicks, round house kicks and hook kicks. Wallace explores the various counter techniques to use on each kick, explaining distancing and what will work best. Shown in both slow motion and regular time. Wallace also shows several different extra holds to add on after a technique has been used and the attacker has been contained.
