Volume 2 Secrets To Super Kicking Techniques
Bill Wallace is an American karate-ka and former professional kickboxer. Wallace is known for his adept use of high speed leg kicks, earning him the nickname `Superfoot.' Bill Wallace is a natural teacher, having taught Karate, Judo, wrestling and weightlifting at Memphis State University, as well as at seminars and as a personal trainer. On this DVD he tackles teaching the basics of the sidekick, the roundhouse kick and the hook kick. Of course he makes it look easy to do any type of kick. He also doesn't seem to need slow motion to break down how its done since his control to hold any kicking position is incredible. When he kicks full speed you will hear that famous snap. Wallace uses a partner to show each move and explains each kick in depth. Beginning with a horse stance each time, Wallace goes through an in-depth explanation of all three kicks. He also breaks down knee positions, balance, protecting yourself and combinations. 72 minutes. Digitally remastered from the original Century/Panther Productions instructional video.
